WE HAVE A PLAN
We hope you and your family are well and we want you to know that we have a plan to serve and protect our clients and team during this public health crisis. Our two priorities right now are providing continued and uninterrupted service to our clients and maintaining the safety and well-being of our team. To ensure that our clients and team remain healthy, LifeWorks has launched a client continuity plan to maintain our counseling relationships during this unprecedented time. We will be utilizing a fully HIPAA compliant telehealth platform built within our therapy management system. Our telehealth provides a reliable, high-quality service to our clients, so that the hard work our clients put in can continue.
WE ARE HERE TO WORK WITH YOU
Most insurances have come on board to help protect their insurers by offering telehealth options. Please check with your insurance company for coverage. Those of you who utilize other payment options can easily transition right over to our telehealth platform. Our administrative team is here to help you navigate through the information. You can find the forms you may need on the Client Forms tab.
While we sincerely hope that we can resume our traditional face-to-face counseling relationships as soon as possible, for the time being LifeWorks will be utilizing only our telehealth platform to provide counseling services. Per the Indiana Governor’s recommendations, we will continue this through May 1st. Should the recommendations change, we will keep our clients informed.
Finally, we want to thank you. Our counselors value the counseling relationship with the highest regard. We have all had to make major adjustments. We are grateful to live in such a time in history that being able to offer this service is even possible. Our blessings to you and your family.
