CONTINUITY OF CARE FOR CLIENTS
In March of 2020, LifeWorks executed a plan to serve and protect our clients and team during a public health crisis. Our two priorities are to provide continued and uninterrupted services to our clients and maintain the safety and well-being of our team. Our Telehealth platform is fully HIPAA compliant and built within our therapy management system. We are blessed to continue to provide the Telehealth option to provide a reliable, high-quality service for our clients so the hard work can continue. Many have found Telehealth services to be convenient and very beneficial for a variety of circumstances.
WE ARE HERE TO WORK WITH YOU
Most insurances have come on board to help protect their insurers by offering Telehealth options. Please check with your insurance company for coverage. Those of you who utilize other payment options can easily transition right over to our Telehealth platform. Our administrative team is here to help you navigate through the information. You can find the forms you may need on the Client Forms tab.
We have resumed our traditional face-to-face counseling relationships but will closely watch the recommendations to keep our clients and team safe. At this time, masks are optional for both clients and our team, however, if either our clients or team have illness symptoms, sessions will be transferred to Telehealth or rescheduled.
Finally, we want to thank you. Our counselors value the counseling relationship with the highest regard. We have all had to make major adjustments. We are grateful to live in such a time in history to offer this service to maintain continuity of care in your counseling journey. Our blessings to you and your family.
