BIOGRAPHY:

Mary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR trained clinician with a Master of Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has experience working with a wide range of populations and loves working with older children, teens, and adults. Mary is trained in several therapeutic techniques that aim to provide healing from a client-centered and compassionate framework.

She is passionate about building self-compassion for clients and providing a gentle, holistic, and client-centered approach to therapy. Mary utilizes several therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal techniques. Additionally, she is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy that offers a unique and evidence-based approach to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic pain.

Mary loves coming alongside individuals and families to aid and empower the healing journey. She aims to provide a space that allows people to come as they are and find hope in their struggles.
