She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University Chicago in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in special education.

Kaci holds a deep commitment to walking alongside individuals, families, and couples with a focus on a strong empathetic therapeutic relationship. She creates a warm and welcoming environment that is free of judgement and welcomes each individual person with care and respect. She believes every person is valuable and deserves to be heard. Kaci is passionate about helping clients find their voice and share their story through a strength based, client centered therapeutic approach. She uses her skills and knowledge of development and relationships to bring an attachment-based lens to her work.

Kaci draws from a variety of theoretical orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered, Creative Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She believes that there is not a one size fits all approach to the therapeutic experience. Each person has their own unique story to share. She is honored to be a part of the healing journey.
