BIOGRAPHY:

Carly Hawks serves as the Director of Operations at LifeWorks Counseling, where she has been a dedicated team member since the very first day the doors opened. With a heart for people and a passion for connection, Carly is often the first welcoming voice you’ll hear—whether you’re calling the office, walking through the door, or reaching out via email.

Carly is in the office Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and plays a vital role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. She also works remotely on Fridays. From supporting staff and assisting clients with questions to coordinating office needs, Carly helps create a warm, organized, and caring environment for everyone who walks through LifeWorks’ doors. In addition to her operational responsibilities, Carly leads LifeWorks’ community outreach efforts. She actively connects with local churches and faith-based organizations to promote mental health awareness and expand the mission of LifeWorks within the community. Her passion for building relationships and advocating for accessible mental health care is evident in every partnership she forms.

Carly deeply values personal connection—whether with clients, staff, or community members—and her presence helps foster the supportive and compassionate atmosphere that defines LifeWorks Counseling. 

Outside of the office, Carly enjoys spending time in running, spending time with family and being outdoors. Her energy, faith, and commitment make her an essential part of the LifeWorks team.
