BIOGRAPHY:

Kati Mills, LMFT, LMHCA, brings over a decade of experience to her work as a therapist. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, she is deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and skill. Kati is known for her warm, caring presence and her ability to challenge clients in a supportive way that fosters personal growth and meaningful change.

Kati is especially passionate about couples therapy, where she helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflict, and strengthen emotional intimacy. Her work supports couples in creating healthier, more connected relationships. She also provides family therapy and desires for families to reconcile and learn better ways to communicate. Kati also has a special focus on working with children through play therapy. Play therapy is a therapeutic approach that provides space for children to express their feelings and is a powerful sounding board that provides healing for many children. Kati works with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She tailors her approach to each individual or family.

Outside the therapy room, Kati enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, reading a good book, and never turns down the chance for a restful nap.
